Geven we jouw gegevens aan iemand anders – je leest hieronder waarom en wanneer we dat doen – dan eisen we dat die ander net zo zorgvuldig met jouw gegevens omgaat als wij en ze alleen gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor hij ze heeft gekregen. We passen wat jij op musicdivine.eu ziet aan op jouw interesses. Zo maken we de ene persoon blij met aanbiedingen voor bijvoorbeeld Barbiepoppen en de andere met het laatste nieuws op het gebied van elektronica. Wij gebruiken daarvoor bijvoorbeeld gegevens van eerdere bestellingen, je IP-adres en surf- en zoekgedrag bewaard in cookies. Over cookies kun je hieronder meer lezen. Wat doen we verder met je gegevens Wij gebruiken je gegevens voor verschillende doelen. Hierna kun je zien welke doelen dat zijn. Wij gebruiken daarbij van jou ontvangen gegevens, maar ook door onszelf verzamelde gegevens. Bijvoorbeeld gegevens over je bezoek aan onze website. · Je bestelling leveren Voor je bestelling hebben we je naam, e-mailadres, adres(sen), betaalgegevens en soms ook je telefoonnummer nodig. Daarmee kunnen we je bestelling bezorgen en je op de hoogte houden over je bestelling. We geven je gegevens ook aan anderen als dat nodig is voor een bestelling, bijvoorbeeld aan bezorgdiensten en ons distributiecentrum. · Klantenservice Je kunt met ons bellen en mailen via de gegevens op de website. Om je snel te kunnen helpen bij vragen, maken we gebruik van je gegevens en maken we aantekeningen die we bewaren. Handig als je ons nog een keer belt. Gegevens over het telefoongesprek met jou kunnen worden geregistreerd en ook e-mails worden bewaard. Je helpt ons zo bij analyses en verbetering van onze diensten. Soms maken we gebruik van een andere partij voor het geven van antwoord op je vragen. Die kan daarvoor jouw gegevens gebruiken. Zo blijf je op de hoogte van onze aanbiedingen, acties en ons nieuws. · Prijsvragen Als je meedoet aan een actie of prijsvraag, vragen wij je naam, adres en e-mailadres. Zo kunnen we de actie uitvoeren en de prijswinnaar(s) bekendmaken. Ook meten wij zo de respons op onze reclameacties. · Verbetering van onze webwinkel en service We zijn voortdurend bezig onze dienstverlening te verbeteren. Daarom kunnen we je gegevens gebruiken om je te vragen of je mee wilt doen aan een vrijblijvend klant- of marktonderzoek. Soms voeren anderen dat onderzoek voor ons uit. Wij geven die ander dan jouw e-mailadres. Die ander moet zich natuurlijk ook aan onze privacyregels houden. Zo moet je e-mailadres na afloop van het onderzoek worden verwijderd. · Fraude Op fraude zit niemand te wachten, wij ook niet. Als dat moet, geven wij klantgegevens aan de overheid. · Achteraf betalen Als je artikelen koopt die je niet meteen wilt betalen, kunnen wij je kredietwaardigheid toetsen. We kunnen daarbij gebruikmaken van externe bureaus. Dit staat ook in onze algemene voorwaarden (artikel 5 lid 4). Voor dat kredietonderzoek kunnen we je gegevens aan anderen geven, die deze gegevens alleen voor dat doel mogen gebruiken. Daarnaast kunnen we je bellen om je te herinneren aan een factuur die is verlopen. Soms voeren anderen dat telefoongesprek voor ons. Ook kunnen we je gegevens doorgeven aan een incassobureau en/of deurwaarder die namens ons niet-betaalde facturen incasseert. · Zakelijke klanten en partnerprogramma Ook van onze zakelijke klanten en partners slaan wij gegevens van de contactpersoon op. Zijn het gegevens van personen, dan behandelen wij deze gegevens net zoals die van onze andere klanten. · Social media Als je social media gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld Facebook, dan kun je met je social media-account op sommige plekken op onze website inloggen. Wanneer je, als je bent ingelogd, aangeeft een artikel leuk te vinden, dan verschijnt dat artikel op je social media-account. Musicdivine.eu krijgt geen toegang tot je social media-account, maar artikelen die je leuk, nuttig of handig vindt, kun je wel met je vrienden delen. Stel je via social media een vraag aan ons en zien we die vraag voorbijkomen, dan bewaren we dat bericht en je accountnaam zodat we op je bericht kunnen reageren. · Ebooks beveiliging Het illegaal kopiëren van ebooks vinden wij vervelend. Auteurs en uitgevers zijn immers afhankelijk van de inkomsten van ebooks. De ebooks die wij verkopen zijn daarom voorzien van een zogenaamde watermerkbeveiliging. Het watermerk heeft zichtbare en onzichtbare kenmerken. Zo worden pagina's van de ebooks voorzien van unieke gegevens. We kunnen zo nagaan wie het boek heeft besteld. Wanneer ebooks illegaal worden gekopieerd, kunnen we een contractuele of wettelijke plicht hebben om te vertellen wie de koper van de originele ebooks is. Wat doen we niet met je gegevens? Wij gebruiken je gegevens nooit om aan jou andere prijzen te tonen dan aan andere klanten. Al onze klanten zien dezelfde prijzen voor onze artikelen en producten. If it concerns data of people, then we will treat these data the same way we treat the data of our other customers. · Social media If you use social media, for example Facebook, then you can log in with your social media-account at some spots on the website. Once you’re logged in, and you indicate that you like a product, then that product will appear on your social media-account. Musicdivine.eu doesn’t get any access to your social media-account, but you can share products that you like or find useful or handy, with your friends. If you ask us a question via social media and we read it on Facebook or any other social media, then we will save that message as well as your accountname, so that we can send you an appropriate reply. · Ebooks protection Copying ebooks illegally we find disagreeable. Authors and publishers are dependent on their income earned by selling ebooks. The ebooks that we sell are therefore marked with a so-called watermark protection. The watermark has visible and invisible features. That is how pages of ebooks are marked with unique data. That way we can examine who ordered the ebook. When ebooks are copied illegally, we can be contractually or legally obligated to track and trace the buyer of the original ebooks. What we don’t do with your data We will never use your data to show you other prices than other customers. All our customers behold the same prices for our articles and products.
